The most common hair color then, as now, was a very dark brown, almost black color, although natural auburn and even (rather surprisingly) blonde hair are also to be found. Ramses II had natural red hair, so he was probably at least reasonably pale skinned with a very decent chance of light eyes. That first part isn't up for debate though.
